1.To make reservation online, customers are requested to register as a member in our website
2. A reply by e-mail or telephone will effect within 24 hours after the reservation form submitted. All information is implicit confidential.
3. Getting the reply, customer should go to Zhong Shan Port ticket center to pay for the ticket and get the ticket.
4. Customer should take the ticket half hour before the departure in ordinary day and at least two hours before if it was Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. Otherwise, reservation will be canceled without any notice and we are not responsible for any expense concerned.
