 Free tickets for infants under one year old, children tickets for children betweens one year old and five years old, adult tickets for children over five years old and adult. Every passenger can carry luggage under 20 kgs (less than 0.1 CBM) and hand-carry under 4 kgs (less than 0.028 CBM)
Tickets valid only for the same day and the same line. Passengers should arrive the terminal 30 minutes before departure, and process leaving procedure before being on board. The gate will be closed 5 minutes before departure.
To return a ticket, passengers are requested to go to Zhong Shan Port ticket center 48 hours before departure for the transaction, and a fee of 40% of the ticket price will be deducted. In case there is a cancellation for the voyage, for the reasons of the carrier, passengers should go to where their tickets sold, to transact the returning or amendment procedure by presenting the tickets. Please note that the returning procedure for tickets of special voyages on holidays is subject to the notice of the ticket center.
To amend the ticket, passengers should go to where their ticket sold or go to Zhong Shan Port ticket center, to transact the amendment, and pay an amendment fee of ten dollars according to the currency of the ticket.

have to hold valid boat ticket, passport, travel certificate and
entry visa as well as OK ticket with Hong Kong Airport as the
starting port and the flight to take off within 24 hours. Check-in
shall stop 5 minutes before boat sets sail.

if your onward flight is one of the participating airlines.

time between the boat starting and the flight taking off must not
be less than 190 minutes.
4กขFor
ferry transfer passengers, no immigration and customs procedures
are required.
