When there is a cancellation for voyages caused by typhoon, passengers should bring their tickets to the ticket center that they bought the tickets, to transact the returning or amendment for the tickets, within one month after the date of the cancellation notice issued. |

| Is it possible to return or to amend the tickets after the departure? In what situations the tickets can be returned or amended? |

Tickets not entering the gate will become invalid after the time of departure. No returning or amendment allowed.
How to return a ticket: When it is not in a rush season, to return a ticket, passengers are requested to go to Zhong Shan Port ticket center 48 hours before departure for the transaction, and a fee of 40% of the ticket price will be deducted. In case there is a cancellation for the voyage, for the reasons of the carrier, passengers should go to the ticket center that they bought the ticket, to transact the returning or amendment procedure by presenting the tickets.
How to amend a ticket: When it is not in a rush season, to amend a ticket, passengers should go to the ticket center that they bought the ticket or to Zhong Shan Port ticket center to transact the amendment. A handling charge of 10 dollars of the same currency of the ticket will be deduced. |

| How many kgs luggage that the passengers allowed to carry? How is the tariff when overload? Are consignments available with every voyage? |

Every passenger (should holding a adult ticket) is allowed to carry 20 kgs luggage to be on board. Tariff for luggage consignment: RMB10 or HKD10 for each luggage. When there is overload, RMB4 or HKD3 additional costs for per kg. When there is over-measurement, RMB22 or HKD20 additional costs for per CBM. Details tariff for different items is as follow£º

| Location and time of departure. How to take the bus? Could the passengers get on the bus at any time they arrive the bus stop so long as they have the ferry tickets? |

Except for the voyage on 0830 and special voyages, there will be free bus service for all voyages of Zhong Shan Port. Passengers should arrive at the bus stop to make reservations one hour before the time of departure. Detailed addresses of bus stops.
Shi Qi Line: To depart from the bus stops around one hour before the departure of the voyage.

| 3. How to buy discount tickets? |
| Besides household of Xing Chen Garden, Agile Garden, Kai Yi Hao Yuan and Chang Jiang Golf, can buy discount tickets from their ticket centers or Zhong Shan Port, which ticket center is selling the discount tickets also. Can people holding VIP card buy tickets from other ticket centers? |

(1). People holding household certificates of Xing Chen Garden, Agile Garden, Kai Yin Hao Yuan, Kai Yin Xin Cheng, Chang Jiang Golf Club members and VIP of our company, can buy discount ticket from ticket centers in their gardens or from Zhong Shan Port ticket center. One certificate is allowed to buy three tickets. Discount tickets to be valid together with the certificates.
(2). People holding Permit for Proceeding to Hong Kong and Macao with valid F visa can buy a set of out and home tickets between Zhong Shan and Hong Kong in RMB300 from Zhong Shan port ticket center or Zhong Shan China Traveling Agency Transportation Service Company (Tel: 0760-8628800). (Exceptions during holidays) |
